Published Program Edits
Follow

Content Authors are able to make edits to published Programs within Champion Content Management. However, you cannot add or remove pages in Programs.

What can you do when editing published Programs?

Editing published Programs allows Content Authors to make changes to their Programs, such as rearranging, adding, changing, or deleting modules while the published Program remains accessible. Once you're satisfied with the edits made, you can republish the Program to make the changes available to those who access the Program.

Opening Published Programs

  1. Log in to polymer.gloo.us
  2. Switch to a Champion perspective by clicking on your profile image in the top right and clicking the Champion from the list
  3. Click Create from the top navigation
  4. Find the published Program you wish to edit and click the dropdown arrow next to "Preview" (to the right of the Program) and click Edit

Editing a Published Program

  1. Follow the steps above for Opening Published Programs
  2. Open the page of the Program you wish to edit
  3. Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the preview area
  4. Reorganize, delete, edit, and add modules as needed
  5. Once you finish editing a page, you can open another page you want to edit and click the pencil icon on that page to begin editing

Note:

  • Any pages with pending edits will have an italicized title in the Content Outline.
  • All edits will be autosaved, so you can go to a different page or exit the Program authoring environment and come back later to continue editing the Program.
  • On the Content Management page, any Program with pending edits will have the status "published pending edits".
  • Edits will not be visible in the published Program until the Program is republished.

Reverting Page Edits

  1. Click on the page name from the Content Outline
  2. Click the counterclockwise arrow icon in the top right corner of the preview area
  3. Click the Revert Changes button
    • This will only revert edits for that particular page.
